Advances at MARC Center

Striped Bass Morone saxatilis were produced at Pamlico Aquaculture Field Station and developed through larval stages at record levels this year at MARC. New systems have been used and further development is underway. Plant based nutrient conversion using coastal plants including Salicornia species are moving forward to reduce environmental impact and add value.
